We are keen to recruit ambitious and resourceful nurses. Preferably you will need to be RMN trained, but we will also consider RLDN who have a keen interest in managing challenging behaviours and implementing positive Behavioural Support.
We are also keen to recruit support workers who are used to engaging with challenging behaviours.
We currently are recruiting staff nurses and our pay is amongst the most competitive in the Midlands with a range of £17 to £20 per hour dependent on experience.
