Introduction
Queens Care Home is a 4 bedded service that provides step down and rehabilitation within a clinical care pathway based upon individuals needs which promotes recovery and progress. Queens offer support to men with mental health needs, autistic spectrum conditions, and learning disabilities including those with a forensic history. Our service users may be subject to The Mental Health Act (1983) relating to discharge, aftercare and supervision.
At Queens Care Home we believe in a mutual approach to planning. We believe the best is to fully identify needs and determine the most appropriate way to provide community support. Comprehensive and rehabilitation plans take place to enable each individual to achieve their fullest potential by increasing their own confidence, skills and independence.
